My 3D Modeling Journey

I posed my Minecraft character in Blockbench. He is holding a scythe I designed.

For the past few months, I’ve been practicing a modeling software known as Blockbench. It’s a software that can be used to make assets for Blender and Minecraft mods. I have also been learning Blender so I can render my models properly.

I found out about Blockbench through TerasHD and ArtsByKev, YouTube channels that features Minecraft challenges. They both make custom bosses for Minecraft using Blockbench and MCreator (I think).

Since then, I’ve been watching and reading different tutorials on how to use Blockbench. I think it is extremely easy to learn and I recommend trying it if you’re just starting 3D modeling.

Here are some more models I made:

This is one of my first models. I call it the Ally Golem.

I recently discovery how to make MC-styled weapons, and I couldn’t resist making a scythe. It’s so cool!

A more recent model I just posed. This is a character I made based on Mr’ Ant-Tenna from Deltarune.

Remember practice makes perfect.

When I was learning Blender it was hard at first. But after watching some tutorials, it became so much easier than before. My next goal is to animate my characters in Blender.

I feel glad that I am finally showing my models to the world.
This was fun, See you next time!
