Today, Elijah Mikku is a week old! Though this photo’s from two days ago, he now looks at us with exactly those eyes—curiously watching, as if he knows exactly what he’s looking at. Maybe he knows.

Despite the sleepless nights (especially for Mommy Hana) and all the new things we’re just learning, we wouldn’t have it any other way.
